Larc-Parents, Guardians, Friends of Parc was founded in 1964 to assist the individuals served by Parc.
Our members are families and friends of children and adults that participate in Parc programs or live in a Parc residence.
We serve as an avenue for parents, guardians, and friends to stay informed and involved in the daily lives of their loved ones who are served by Parc.
Larc-PGFP members enjoy sponsored activities and make lasting friendships.
Over the years, Larc-Parents, Guardians, Friends of Parc have provided in-demand items for Parc, including special equipment and vehicles, new flooring, books and sensory toys, high chairs, rugs, new soft play surfaces for toddlers, bedding, linens, outdoor gardens, furniture, fencing and bathroom renovations.
Our meetings are attended by Parc administration and staff to keep us advised of current and proposed programs at Parc. We also invite outside speakers to our meetings to advise us on topics of interest for our family members.
